Meet Our Staff
Ann
Ann is a nurse with 33 years professional experience. She has worked in almost all facets of nursing, but has devoted most of her career to working with children. Spending most of her career working in the Emergency Room and NICU, she migrated to the office setting, working with children and parents yet again. After spending over 3 years working with parents on their children's Deeming Waivers, doing research, and keeping up to date on new Medicaid guidelines, it became clear to Ann that parents needed a lot of help. So, with much support and faith from her family and friends, Raise Them High was formed.
Ann also Co-Chairs the Parent Education Committe for Autism Speaks and is part of their upcoming Lecture series that is designed to help parents gain valuable resources and help for their children.
In addition, Ann works actively with Kids Enabled Magazine, a publication for parents of children with learning differences.

Michael
Michael is the co-founder of Raise Them High, inc. Though he has no medical background, he is the "catch-all" for the odd jobs that need to be done for Raise Them High, inc. Everything from website building and design to running around to doctor’s offices distributing cards and brochures anything that needs to be done to get the word out there, get a child accepted, and lift their feet off the ground as well as the worries off your shoulders. Michael is a full-time student at Georgia State University but he also works very hard and contributes much to Raise Them High, inc. Even though he is young, he is wise beyond his years. He is a full time college student and son and still has time to build web pages, fold brochures, lick envelopes and any other task put before him. Michael is as dedicated to helping the children as any other staff members and is a great asset to Raise Them High, inc.
